올란도 프로포즈 이야기! 성공적

오늘은 제가 지난 2월, 플로리다 올란도에서 어떻게 프로포즈를 했는 지 얘기해보려고 합니다!

우선 저희는 4박 5일로 여행을 가기로 했었구요, 저는 미리 반지를 준비해서 항상 가방에 넣고 다녔습니다ㅋㅋ

2일차에 Sea World, 3일 차에 Discovery Cove를 가게 되었는데요.

Discovery Cove는 좀 생소하실 수도 있지만, Sea World 만큼이나 유명한 곳입니다.

또, 돌고래, 물개 등과 교류하며 명령을 지시하는 걸 배울 수도 있어요. 스노클링, 씨워킹 등도 가능하구요.

밑에처럼 돌고래와 키스도 가능하구요

이렇게 돌고래를 타면 돌고래가 알아서 저를 수영시켜주기도 합니다ㅋㅋ

근데 이건 수영을 잘 못하는 저로서는 조금 무서웠어요.. 물이 깊어서 

마지막엔 이렇게 돌고래와 사진도 찍구요.

Discovery Cove에 전화를 해서 Wedding Proposal을 하고 싶다고 하면, 추가 금액을 내고 자신의 프로포즈를 구성할 수 있게 해줍니다.

저 같은 경우는 돌고래가 Will you marry me? 라고 적힌 Buoy Toy를 물고 와서 프로포즈를 하는 거였는데요

Discovery Cove에 입장할 때, 전산 오류가 있다고 잠깐 시간을 달라고 합니다.

이 때 카운터 분이 남는 시간에 화장실이라도 다녀오라고 하고, 제가 화장실에 가면

그 분이 오셔서 반지를 몰래 픽업해주세요ㅋㅋㅋ

그러고 지정된 시간에 돌고래 체험을 하러 가면,

모든 체험이 끝나고 이렇게 물어봅니다.

아직 시간이 남는데, 누구 돌고래 장난감 받을 사람?

그러면 너도 나도 손을 들겠죠?

이 때 제 여자친구를 찍어서 저희 둘만 체험을 더 하게 됩니다.

그러면 이렇게 돌고래가 물어온 장난감에 제가 지정한 문구인 Will you marry me? 가 적혀있구요.

따로 Private Cabana라는 오두막 같은 곳에 가면 제 반지가 가운데 있고, 반지를 끼워주며 프로포즈를 하면 됩니다! 그러면 숨어계신 분들이 나와서 사진을 막 찍어주세요. 여자친구가 아침부터 와 여기 너무 좋다.. 와 여기 Private Cabana 들어가고싶다... 막 이러고 있었는데 진짜로 하루종일 저희의 오두막을 쓸 수 있게 돼서 엄청 좋아했어요.

수영복을 입고 있고 물에 있어서 사진은 그렇게 이쁘지 않긴 하지만..

저희는 여러모로 만족했던 프로포즈였습니다!!

성공적!!!

Best proposal ever! I didn't have a fantasy proposal in mind, but did have some conditions :p. For example, I didn't want to have a whole crowd of people watching and I wanted it to be a huge surprise for me. 

My proposal hit both conditions and was something I didn't even imagine and was probably the best day of my life. 

As soon as we walked into the Discovery Cove, it felt like we were on an island in the Caribbean and everything was just so exciting and it was an amazing start to a perfect day. 

We started off snorkeling in the Grand Reef with thousands of beautiful fish such as angelfish and rays. And then were the dolphins! Just touching the dolphins and being in the water with dolphins was so much fun because we were able to take photos, hug them, and even feed them. 

We had to take our "family" photo with the dolphin a second time because the photographer said he "missed" our photo the first time (this was a ploy to get us back in the water and for the proposal to occur). After taking the photos, the dolphin instructor told us that they were trying out a new technique to teach the dolphins how to give a toy to a stranger and if I would like to try it out. I thought it was weird at first because the instructor pointed straight at me to take the toy from the dolphin, but I was like okay! 

Little did I know that the toy would ask me to marry me!!!!!!! After that, they took us to our cabana and that's where Min had a ring set out and everything :)
