- UWORLD qbank – This was my main source of information and studying resource. It is the most well known qbank for USMLE exams. https://www.uworld.com/
- Onlinemeded (OME) videos and notes- I also bought the Quicktables book but that honestly didn’t help me as much. I kind of wish I bought the Whiteboards book instead. https://home.onlinemeded.org/ (the site to the videos! The videos are free with ads but the notes and books you have to buy them)
- Master the Boards (MTB) USMLE Step 2 – I read it maybe once and went over some sections for reference.
- Step Up to USMLE Step 2 CK - I did not read through the whole book, but I used it as a reference book whenever I needed extra information on a topic or section I was having a hard time with
- My own notes from my incorrect questions/answers from UWORLD
- My own flashcard deck- ANKI (Anki flashcards is a system that is commonly used within the medical student community because it allows spaced repetition) https://apps.ankiweb.net/
I used the OME videos and notes and MTB book for my clinical rotation NBME exams as well. I thought they had enough information, but I definitely learned the most through the UWORLD questions and NBME practice exams for my clinical rotations and for my Step 2 exam studying as well.
